I MISS HJL!

i've found out today that my class is really noisy :D haha but they're a fun bunch too. we played bingo during MBTI and SA8 was probably the noisiest in the LT haha :D and yiling really reminds me of jessica. they're both equally tall, crazy and random. got our timetables today. guess i wont be seeing much of ladon anymore :( i need time to update sarah about *AHEM*!

looking at my timetable scares me. now i really miss lectures-only week :/ i'll miss the breaks spent with ladon comsuming our daily doses of a great variety of candies, going to the candybar tog, gyming with ppl like jessica who finds joy in sliding down the situp bench and thats all she does in gym -.-

trng's been tough, although i've only attended 3 sessions, and i havent had a taste of the 10-hour trng yet :/ this is going to go on all the way to may! really hope i'll cope and survive. and trng has alr been cut down from 32hour/week to about 22.5hour/week.

ARTS NIGHT
on the whole i must say it was exciting and quite a good performance :) but i guess this isnt the type of fun for me haha. too wild. i preferred firande alot more :D and i miss it! but xueyi's voice was the bomb totally haha i didnt expect her to sing so well. she's so multi-talented im happy for her haha :D (that's an indirect way of saying im jealous lol)

anyway, gymed in school today. it was super unproductive HAHA. school has been quite exciting and ladon girls have found motivation to come to school everyday haha. its quite funny and desperate at the same time.

im starting JO trng today. i hope everything goes well :)

anyway, i've reached a decision and have almost sealed my fate. i hope everything goes smoothly and i dont regret it. the monster schedule is what's keeping me doubtful. its heavier than steph's damnit.

should i go JO? if i do, idk how im going to survive academically. it'll probably drain all my energy out of me and idk if i can concentrate well in class :/ plus i'll really need strong, good, fantastic time management and self discipline to but then if i go, it'll be some sort of turning point (at least i hope it will) and who knows what the future holds. now i know how steph felt when she had to choose whether to leave st nicks for sports school.

i've always liked reading stories about the busby babes and the munich air crash. it really touches my heart sometimes. football's amazing :)

I was born and grew up in Ordsall where you simply had no choice but to be a United fan. As the crow flies, it’s only about a mile from Old Trafford and the school I went to on Trafford Road was very much a United school. In fact, I can’t remember a single City fan.

Back then we didn’t even have televisions – we were just coming out of the war and these guys meant everything to us.

The day after the crash, on Friday 7 February, we went to school and it was like the whole school was in mourning. Kids were in the playground and they were just crying. We had assembly in the morning and kids were breaking down everywhere.

I’ve seen United win championships and cup finals since then but the Busby Babes were very, very special. The team that died in Munich was my favourite team.

today was subject registration day and sad to say, lectures start formally tmr :/ i really need to learn survivor skills :) anyway, ladon had a mini celebration for our lovely OGLs(except carrie) today :D im just glad we have really nice OGLs :)

& im yet another loner manutd fan in school but nvm i'll win arguments and im proud to be a manutd fan <3 :D

ok my bad, i forgot thursday was og outing day HAHA :D anyway, so ladon and haku went for a supposed sushi eating competition at sakae at west coast plaza if im not wrong. that place is so foreign to me i feel like a tourist :/ so we went for the buffet and the timing was so wierd, its neither lunch nor dinner so my table didnt eat alot. and we were so 'strategically located' such that we were the last table which the food will reach on the conveyer belt so we barely had appetizing stuff to take. anyway, my table had lilin, jessica, huixin, ming huan, zhuo hui and myself :) i tell you the ogls are the best (HAHA) i shall not elaborate :D

after sushi we went to west coast park. played in the playground for awhile, which is concrete evidence of our de[rived childhoods haha, before sitting down at the net as a og and just talking :) thats what i like to do haha (k actually i like to listen, not talk). yup then cabbed home with lilin after that. and she started conversing with the taxi driver in chinese and her chinese is just hilarious i swear. haha so she'll hear me hiding my laughter behind coughs once in awhile HAHA :D

so yes, that was the missing part for day4 :)

I SWEAR SPORTS SCHOOL PUT A COOLER IN THEIR POOL! >:/ it was freakin icy cold today idk why. its one of my worst exp ever :/ for the last half hour my hands were totally numb i couldnt do synchro with it. maybe cos i was still for too long but it cant be helped. its figures. i have to help yz watch. k nvm about that, ljl's trng isnt so bad after all. BUT

i was told this morning that stacey's not going to JO, means i have to go, means trng's going to be EVERYDAY, means i've really got to cope with jc life and synchro, means i have no more time for tv nor computer, means i have to really manage my time effectively. it scares me :/ but im sure God will guide me through :) (AC's been influencing me alot, so is lilin ahha! asking me to go for youth practice) anyway, im still looking forward to it :)

ORIENTATION (CONTINUED)
DAY4
this was the best day of orientation really :) everyone was much more enthusiastic during games most of us participateed actively :D i loved human bowling alot! haha although we didnt win :) anyway, the day went pretty well and i went home happy :D (haha ACTUALLY, my memory is quite disorientated now so im not sure if all i said was true haha. i dont really remember how he day ended HAHA)

DAY5
ok, ytd wasnt exactly orientation cos we had sample lectures in the morning and campfire at night. fine, it was a campfire-less campfire :) lectures are making me confused seriously, now i really dont know what subjects to take :/ anyway, after lectures ladon met up and planned for the afternoon :) wanted to go shaw but didnt have time as some had their commitments so yup, lazed around in school and talked :) campfire started at 6. ok i'll be honest, the front bit was kind of boring :/ but once the 'mass dance' started, everyone just went high and danced away. haha we didnt even complete the mass dance once and started training around the hall HAHA. jullian (that's not his real name but he reminds me of jullian hee haha) led us around and it was darn fun :D dancing really relieves stress HAHA :D so anyway, campfire-less campfire was just AWESOME and i really want orientation all over again :( i miss it alr! alot! cant imagine leture's are gonna start on monday :(

im coughing from all the screaming but nvm :) i guess it was all worth it :D and i'll upload the picturesonce paul uploads them :)

AC ORIENTATION

:) :) :) although it isnt over yet, i must say i've enjoyed it quite alot :) but i think i'll enjoy it even more if the hours were shorter haha. im really tired :/ and down with a flu and sore throat as well. and i've got scratches from playing the mudgame ytd! i must say ac's a little too religious for me but i guess i'll get used to it after a while :)

anyway, here's the longer version of what happened over the three days so far.

i received a call on saturday telling me what to bring and wear and all. and i rmb when i picked up the phone, i thought it was nj cos auditions was that morning and i was so hoping for their call :/ but then it wasnt haha. i still rmb it was damn chaotic and noisy and i couldnt really hear what they were saying and ya, i think i was put on loudspeaker, so my ogls were just screaming into the phone HAHA :D so i was told that mushu was my clan and ladon was my group name la. at that point nothing made sense to me haha.

DAY1
met cat outside the school gate and sat together during morning assembly. had chapel too. oh the pastor's fav line is you'll never walk alone haha but he's a west ham fan lol. then we had talks and talks all the way to about 11oclock and orientation started :D i think its good this whole orientation is based on a made up story cos then it makes everything more fun :) anway, had og time after where we intro-ed ourselves and learnt the cheers. ladon was quite dead cos we didnt know each other and this lilin (she's 2yrs older than me), appeared in my og in cedar uni and i got all confused. cos she looked rather familiar but i dont remember seeing her in my batch. at the end of the day, she confessed that she already graduated from ac HAHA and was just crashing our orientation. had mass rally where all the clans come together to cheer and ya it was quite fun :) games after that and guess what. ladon only played ONE pathetic game, and we lost somemore. we were supposed to contain water in our mouths and spit it into the pails and the group with more water wins. so we didnt and our forfeit was that they had to pour that spat out water onto our legs. it was quite disgusting but oh wells :) spent most of our time learning the mass dance, which is quite fun actually, but i cant remember the steps! haha. had another mass rally and og time before we were dismissed.

DAY2
the day started out with talks all the way till lunch then we had mass rally then games :) played the mudgame first and it was an experience i must say haha. cos most ppl know i HATE mud! i wouldnt even walk on grass sometimes :/ and i think im allergic to mud too cos when it dried up, it became dusty and my nose was sensitive so thats why im having a flu and itchy nose now :/ (im allergic to dust btw) and after that we played many many more games and we won all of them :D except for the last one la but we got away without having to do the forfeit ahah :D the day ended happy i must say, cos it was a great improvement from the previous day :)

(sorry if the day description is getting shorter and shorter, i have problem recalling at the moment and im too tired to think :/)

DAY3
today was more or less the same in the morning. finished learning the singles dance during og time and started on the couples. and i really dont remember the steps :/ especially what comes after what. maybe i should go look at the video :) we managed to tour the school. i love the performing arts block :) had cca exhibition after that and i signed up for the slack cca cos i plan to use synchro as an external one :) didnt get to play any of the station games cos it started to rain and there was lightning alert so we settled for group games instead. haha i love macdonalds :D went for mass rally after that and thats about it :)

i think im going to bed soon my nose is killing me :( og outing tmr! :D
